Make Renting Fair Campaign

This campaign raised the issue of rental law reform and achieved a major set of positive reforms in less than 12 months in addition to sparking a national debate and similar campaigns in other states.

We built a coalition of over 60 community organisations and individuals, generating a large number of meetings, letters, emails and phone calls to decision makers and every single member of the Victorian Parliament.

Save NPAH/NAHA Campaigns

A national campaign that brought together over 250 organisations and tens of thousands of Australians to mount a defence against $1.5 billion in federal cuts to vital homelessness, housing and family violence services.

This campaign was won with a strong strategy, efficient use of very limited resources and the mobilisation of community organisations and members to send a strong message to all sides of politics.

Internal communications audit

We worked with the cohealth Communications Team and Executive to audit internal communications and provide a comprehensive set of recommendations around what should be strengthened and what should be changed.

Vote Yes Campaign

Managed the Vote Yes Campaign for the TCFUA asking members nationally to endorse their union amalgamating with the CFMEU and MUA. This was done at the same time as Senate lobbying to stop legilsation that would veto the amalgamation.

Despite the challenges of a voluntary postal vote and low levels of English literacy among members, we achieved a 2/3 participation rate and a 97% yes vote.

ISWRLS JobWatch

International Students Work Rights Legal Service

Designed and delivered a comprehensive online marketing strategy for this new service aimed at informing Victorian international students about their rights at work.

The service was run by JobWatch and Inner Melbourne Community Legal with support from Study Melbourne and the Victorian Government.

South Eastern Melbourne PHN

Delivered a comprehensive suite of materials for the launch of SEMPHN's Mental Health Stepped Care model, including high-level messages, brochures, booklets and video. Other work included placing media stories and supporting the in-house Communications Team in a range of areas.
