Daniel Scoullar (he/him)

Daniel is our Principal and Founding Director. He is an experienced policy advocate and communicator who has worked in diverse policy, government engagement and communications roles over more than two decades.

Daniel founded Social Change Projects in 2010 to better support organisations, campaigns and local communities working to make our society and economy fairer, more just and more sustainable for all of us.

Eleanor is a communications, media and events specialist, having worked across diverse sectors, including consumer law, gender equality in the public sector, youth and unions.

Eleanor  has a deep passion for supporting clients to tell their stories – using lived experience and data to improve legislation and community outcomes.
